1. Company Details

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from:

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Olorun Group trading as Olorun Sports.

  • “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods from the Company.

  • “Goods” refers to all products supplied by the Company.

  • “Non-Customised Goods” refers to stock items not made to order or personalised.

  • “Customised Goods” refers to any goods produced to the Customer’s specifications, including personalised, made-to-order, bespoke, teamwear, or branded items.


3. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with the Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy. This policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.


4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.


5. Returns – Non-Customised Goods Only

Subject to the conditions set out below, Customers may request a return of Non-Customised Goods only within 30 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, Goods must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.


6. Exclusion of Returns for Customised Goods

In accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel or return does not apply to Goods that are made to the Customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Personalised items

  • Teamwear and club kits

  • Goods bearing names, numbers, initials, logos, crests, sponsor branding, or bespoke colourways

  • Made-to-order or fully bespoke garments

Such Goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where they are faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied by the Company.


7. Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

Customers must inspect Goods immediately upon receipt.

Any claim relating to faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect Goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by email to hello@olorunsports.com, including:

  • Order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Failure to notify the Company within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, the Company shall, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Goods

  • Replace the Goods

  • Issue a refund (in whole or in part)


8. Manufacturing Tolerances & Customer-Approved Errors

The Customer acknowledges that minor variations in colour, size, placement, alignment, or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Errors in artwork, spelling, sizing, or specifications approved by the Customer

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the Customer

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions


9. Return Authorisation & Process

All returns require prior written authorisation from the Company. Goods returned without authorisation may be refused and returned to the Customer at their expense.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Company does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.


10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned Goods.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return arises from a confirmed fault or error by the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.


11. EU Cooling-Off Period

For Goods delivered to the European Union, Customers may exercise a 14-day cancellation right in accordance with EU consumer law.

This right does not apply to Customised Goods, unless such Goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the Goods giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.


13. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
