5. Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured to customer specifications, including personalised, bespoke, and teamwear items.

By placing an order for customised products, you confirm that:

  • All artwork, text, sizing, colours, and specifications are correct

  • You have approved all designs prior to production

Once production has commenced, customised items cannot be cancelled, amended, returned, or refunded, except where faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only once we accept and process your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including due to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Ownership of Goods does not pass until payment has been received in full.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing or payment errors occur.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customised and personalised products are non-returnable except where faulty or incorrectly supplied.

This website is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Olorun Group Ltd T/A Olorun Sports.
