Olorun Sports (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to delivering products in a timely and secure manner. Please note that many of our products are manufactured or customised to order. As a result, dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the items purchased.
By placing an order with Olorun Sports, you acknowledge and accept the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
2.1 Stock Items (Non-Customised)
Orders for stock, non-customised items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, subject to availability.
2.2 Customised or Personalised Items
Orders for stocked items, including but not limited to teamwear, personalised kits, and printed garments, require additional production time prior to dispatch.

Estimated dispatch or delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of ordering; however, these estimates are not guaranteed.
2.3 Bespoke Sportswear / Workwear
Fully bespoke or tailor-made items are produced to individual specifications.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, weight, and selected delivery service. All applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Delivery Estimates (Post-Dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates only. Olorun Sports shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability may vary depending on the delivery service selected.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by Olorun Sports.
Customers are advised to consult their local customs authority prior to placing an order.
8. Delivery Issues, Loss, or Damage
If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 working days of the expected delivery date by contacting hello@olorunsports.com.
We will investigate the matter with the relevant delivery partner. Resolution, including replacement or refund, will be subject to courier investigation outcomes and our applicable terms and conditions.
